Day 1: Pick-up and Transfer to Moremi Game Reserve
Pick-up from the Airport in Maum and transfer to Moremi Game Reserve. Breakfast will be served at Moremi’s south gate and it includes coffee, tea, juice, cereals, biscuits, and fruits, among others.

Moremi Game Reserve is located in the central and eastern parts of the Okavango Delta and accounts for around one-third of the delta’s overall land area. Moremi is an unfenced reserve of approximately 3,900 square kilometers of distinct environments, including floodplains, lagoons, grasslands, and riverine to mopane forests. This permits animals to wander freely within the Delta following their seasonal migrations. As such, the reserve is very rich in not just flora, but enthralling fauna including the African elephant, African buffalo, Sable antelope, Plain zebra, Warthog, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Greater kuku, spotted hyena, Leopard, Hippo, Crocodile, etc and a variety of bird species.

After your breakfast, enjoy a farewell game drive as you exit Moremi and drive northeastwards to the Khwai Private Reserve. Khwai Private Reserve spanning 200,000 acres of pure forest, is located on the northern edge of the Okavango Delta. It is bordered by Moremi Game Reserve to the south, Chobe National Park to the east, and the private Kwara concession to the west. Mopane, acacia woodland, seasonal waterholes, wide floodplains, and streams thread their way across the region from the Khwai River up the diversified scenery.
Khwai Private Reserve’s wildlife is abundant and diversified, with vast herds of elephant, buffalo, sable, and roan antelope, among others as well as a strong population of predators such as leopard, cheetah, lion, and wild dog. While in the reserve, you will embark on a wildlife drive in the afternoon and enjoy game viewing. Conclude your drive amidst the magnificent African sunset. Overnight stay in Khwai Private Reserve.
Day 4: Game Drive and Mokoro Excursion
After an early breakfast, head for the morning game drive. The safari will take you along the stream of the Khwai River, flowing from the riverbank and floodplains into the mopane veld and forests that make Khwai one of the most spectacular locations of the Okavango. Day 5: Transfer to Savuti
After breakfast, enjoy your last game drive in Khwai Private Reserve before transferring to Savuti near Chobe National Park. Located between the Delta and Chobe National Park, Savuti is well renowned for its predators, which include big cats like the lion, leopard, and cheetah and birds of prey such as raptors, vultures, and many others. The Savuti area boasts its 100-kilometer-long Savuti Channel which is perhaps the area’s oddest feature: the channel tends to cease running and remains dry for years at a time.
However, when the canal reopens, it transforms the Savuti Marsh and Mababe Depression into wetlands, changing the entire ecosystem. This produces an oasis that gives water to parched animal herds and attracts a slew of water birds.
Overnight stay in Savuti.
Day 6: Explore Savuti
Today, you will spend your day exploring Savuti and its enthralling population of wildlife. After breakfast, you’ll go on a morning game drive to see the Savuti and its surrounding marsh. Another attraction in Savuti is the Bushman rock drawings of giraffes, elephants, and elands. The drawings are considered to be over a thousand years old.
