Pick up from Kilimanjaro Airport and drive for about one and a half hours to Mount Kilimanjaro National Park. Home to Africa’s tallest mountain peak – Mount Kilimanjaro at 5,895 meters, Mount Kilimanjaro National Park is a popular destination, especially for hiking safaris. Featuring three volcanic cones, the dormant volcano is the world’s highest freestanding peak.

Wake up to the sweet, soothing sound of the wilderness and embark on your journey to the endless plain of the Serengeti via Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route to Ngorongoro, visit the Maasai Bomas and explore the traditional nomadic lifestyles of the Maasai before proceeding to Serengeti.
Spend the day exploring Serengeti National Park whose endless plains have not only been featured in documentaries but also great movies including “The Lion King.” Serengeti National Park is Tanzania’s most popular park majorly for being home to the Great Annual Wildebeest Migration; however, the park is also famous for its enthralling Big Cat population.
Take in the Serengeti Sunrise amidst views of lion prides, cheetahs, the elusive leopard and wild dog, and an array of grazers such as giraffes, wildebeests, elephants, buffaloes, hartebeests, etc. Have your packed lunch and spend the rest of the day exploring the endless plains, encountering wildlife lazing around under the acacia trees and by the water sources.
