Detailed itinerary 

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to your hotel

Meet your guide who will drive you to your hotel to rest. Arriving in Uganda is different especially when its your first time in Africa. The boda bodas ( motorcycle taxis) busy markets, smells and sounds of Uganda are different. You guide will take you through this untill the check in at your hotel.

Accommodation: Hotel no 5

Day 2: Murchison falls national park  

Today you will drive South West to  Murchison falls national park which takes about 5-6 hours’ you have an option of stopping for a short walking safari to see Uganda’s remaining rhinos in the wild at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary. Its a perfect way to complete the African Big 5 or go straight to Murchison Falls National Park.

 Day 3: Game drive and Evening Game drive

Today is exciting! Enjoy a morning game drive where you’re going to have a chance to see animal species such as elephants, giraffes, lions, Uganda kobs among others.After this hopefully a successful game drive, you will go to see the top of the falls that are also the worlds most powerful falls and have lunch before going for another afternoon game drive to try to see other animals that you might have not seen earlier

Day 4: Fly to Queen Elizabeth national park

Depending on the time of your flight, you will go to Pakuba airstrip inside the park to fly to Queen Elizabeth national park’s Mweya airstrip in Mweya peninsula. Our representative will be waiting for you at the airstrip to take you to your lodge.

Day 5: Morning Game drive – water safari on Kazinga channel

Today’s morning is another chance to meet face to face with the wildlife that are residents to this park they include like lions, mongoose, leopards buffaloes, elephants, water buck, Uganda Kob and many more.

Afternoon, go for a 2 hours launch cruise along the Kazinga Channel into Lake Edward and Lake George. This area has the highest concentration of hippos in the world but you will not only see that, you will see a variety of bird species, reptiles, elephants usually come for a drink and bath

Day 6: Flight to Bwindi Impenetrable national park 

Enjoy a scenic flight from Mweya airstrip to Bwindi impenetrable national park. The region is has one of the most beautiful and rewarding scenery Africa has to offer. You will be our witness after this flight!

Overnight stay at Buhoma Lodge ( luxury )

 Day 7: Gorilla trekking

Today is a big day! For many gorilla trekking is the highlight of their Uganda safari. Your trekking will take somewhere from 2 hours to 7 hours in the jungles. To many visitors its a humbling experience to meet face to face with our forest gentle giant relatives.

Day 8: Flight to Entebbe airport

Its time to say goodbye and we hate to say goodbyes you will be dropped at the airstrip for your flight back to Entebbe.
